Lenovo C340-11 touch chromebook

This is a Lenovo chomerook. It is a touch screen and can bend to turn into a tablet. The chromebook has been ''powerwashed'' meaning it has been reset and wiped.
It does not some with a charger, but it takes a USB-C type charger.
I am open to offers.
